The Library Refund Policy

Our policy for refunding tickets purchased for live music events

Tickets purchased for live music events at the Library Cafe & Restaurant are final.

 

We will refund the full purchase price of a ticket only in the event of a cancellation and this should be done as soon as possible around the time of cancellation.

Once a ticket is bought we are unable to refund because someone can't go.

If tickets are purchased as a group then members of the group must arrive together with the person who made the purchase. Tickets are non transferable, this is fairly standard. Please bring ID for the door.

As there are no physical tickets, we print a list for the door and check folks off as they come in.
